What is the shelf life of these treats?
Our treats are made with all natural ingredients and completely free of preservatives, chemicals or dyes so our treats will have a shelf-life of approximately 6 - 8 weeks depending on where you are located in the United States. It is recommended you refrigerate treats after opening.

What are these treats made of?
Our treats are made from grass-fed and pasture raised Hawaiian livestock. We also use wild venison hunted by a hunter. All products contain a single ingredient, unless otherwise noted. 

Are these treats lab tested?
Yes, our treats are lab tested. You can find the guaranteed analysis on the product page. 

Are these treats grain-free?
Yes, all of our treats are grain free, unless otherwise noted.

Do you offer pickup or delivery?
Yes, we currently offer delivery on orders over $25 to pupstomers in Oahu. Pickup is also available and will be coordinated between buyer and us through text message or DM. Pickups must have confirmation of order and proper identification. We must be notified in advance if buyer is having someone else pickup.
 
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept refunds. Please refer to our refund policy for additional information. 

Where do you ship?
We currently ship our treats to the USA, but our merchandise can be shipped worldwide. 

What is your handling time?
Processing time will be 5-7 business days. We will reach out to you directly if there are any issues. Please refer to our shipping/handling policy for additional information. 

How often are your treats restocked?
We currently restock every Friday at 12 pm HST.
